Having worked as a Sr. Networks and Information Security Engineer at National Petrochemical Industrial Company – NATPET for the past 10 year, I am adept at all aspects of the job. Besides monitoring the company’s networks, maintain VPN connectivity/ access and working on the development and implementation of new security measures, policies and procedure. I am mainly responsible for: - Team leader in implementing ISO/ IEC 27001 Information Security Management System - (ISMS). - Define, Develop and review information security policies, procedures, guidelines, forms and templates as per best practices in ISO/IEC 27001 framework. - Create, Review, Report and track Information Security Risk-Assessment. - Assist and Recommend measures to ensure compliance with ISO 27001. - Advise the organization with latest updates on information security technologies and related regulatory issues. - Create organizational information security awareness emails and conduct awareness quizzes. - Assist Implementation of an Information Security Awareness / Training program to ensure that the employees are aware of and observe their respective responsibilities for the maintenance and continuation of information system security. - Conducting periodic vulnerability assessments/penetration tests of internet and intranet servers. - Developed and maintained service level agreements. - Team member of creating, implementing and testing disaster recovery and business continuity plans. - Maintained and Reviewed firewall, switch, router, workstation, and server configurations to ensure compliance with security policies and IT standards - Maintain Disaster Recovery and system failover - Design, install, configure, test & manage Cisco-based IP telephony. - Developed network resources and trained technical support personnel to provide Tier 1 support to end user. - Lead the Managed Printing Service project with CANON and Xerox. - Lead the Digital Document Management System project with CANON and InfoFort. - Designed, implemented and maintained Door Access Control System. - Designed, implemented and maintained CCTV System.
