Dear All,
My name is Ekaterina Sidenko, I work for Advant Beiten as a lawyer in real estate and construction. However, now we are handling quite different projects.
At presence Advant Beiten is working in Moscow as usual, but the situation may change dramatically. In this connection I am considering vacancies with relocation to Europe, the US or Canada.
Please see below what I can and what I can contribute, even being a Russian-qualified lawyer (however, with an LL.M) and working mostly for Russia (in addition to the information in the CV):
- within many years I am mostly working with European business (especially in Advant Beiten, but also in other companies-employers), and it seems that I understand European business culture, its principles and their vision of business;
- in addition to real estate and construction our practice in Advant Beiten handles many different projects taking into consideration current needs of the clients. I mean sanctions, state procurement, various issues of commercial law, such as, investments, business localization, contracts issues (sale and purchase, lease, rendering services, supply etc.);
- I am a good manager, as I often administer huge due diligence projects and coordinate their performance with the clients and their managers, or with other advisors, colleagues etc. I also work with junior lawyers well and effectively;
- I speak Russian (native), English and German, I am eager to improve my knowledge of these languages, if required, or learn one more foreign language;
- I have experience in working with Russian private clients (businessmen and their families) on various issues, such as, sale and purchase of assets, getting visas, advising on citizenship and migration problems, family disputes and marriage contracts.

Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
Ekaterina Sidenko
