I am a passionate aviation specialist with more than twelve years of career in the aviation industry. Experience in Airline Airport Operations, Ramp Operations, Safety Management System (SMS), Air Traffic Services (ATS), and Unmanned Aviation Traffic Management (UTM). I have an Associate's degree as Air Traffic Control Senior Specialist from Academia Superior de Ciencias Aeronauticas (ASCA), and several aviation studies certificates in Airline Airport Operations, Safety Management System (SMS), ATS Incident Investigation, Human Factor in Aviation, Unmanned Aviation Regulations, among others. I am currently studying for my Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management. I worked for two years in the airline industry with JetBlue Airways and American Airlines as an Airport Operation Crew Agent, contributing to carrying out the operations on time and with a high level of customer satisfaction. I currently work at the Dominican Institute of Civil Aviation (IDAC), where I hold the position of Air Traffic Control Tower Supervisor and Air Traffic Control Officer (ATCO). I have exercised the Air Traffic Control Control Tower Supervisor position for almost three years, and the ATCO position for ten years, helping to raise the quality levels of Air Traffic Services and maintaining safety standards for national air traffic operations. Additionally, I undertook a business project that I developed for six years.
