Over 40 years aerospace leadership experience at leading companies such as Sikorsky Aircraft, Pratt & Whitney, Aurora Flight Sciences, Phoenix Manufacturing, the USAF and the B&E Group. His technical experience spans engineering, manufacturing operations, quality, SCM, ILS, and program mgt. Globally, he led lean/cellular manufacturing methods within aerospace manufacturing systems, resulting in self-correcting value streams. He brings a pragmatic approach to management; he has personal touch on several airframes such as M/CH-53E, MH-60K, S-70CM-1, S-70C-6, F-22, C-141 and C-5 aircraft.
Glenn is involved in several extra-curricular activities both during and after work. He chairs the Advanced Manufacturer Employer Partnership (AMEP), a collaborative trade group working with the Connecticut Center for Advanced Technologies (CCAT), and the State’s Workforce Investment Boards. He sits on the Connecticut Manufacturing Collaborative (CMC) leadership committee, which provides input into the State of Connecticut legislation and works closely with the Governor. Glenn is sits on the Board for the Aerospace Components Manufacturers (ACM), as well as sits on the advisory Board of Asnuntuck Community College and Advance Welding.
