I have several decades of research and development experience taking ideas and transforming them into commercial products in fields from Life Sciences to extruded materials. This of course means that I am well versed in the initial stages of technology research to demonstrate proof of concept through development and finally scale up to manufacturing. I have done this across multiple disciplines which enables me to cross the domain interfaces that are at the heart of innovation and invention. I have achieved these successes as an individual contributor as well as the leader. To each of the journey's I brought a mechanistic curiosity, lot's of energy and work ethic second to none.
