With over 20 years experience between medical billing and medical & Rx claims operations, I have experience with working analyzing data and working with teams across an organization (both business side and IT side) to identify and remediate root causes of claims adjudication errors. In addition, I have many years experience programming, mostly as a hobby, but also some for work (including Python and VBA, mostly within Excel) to assist with data analysis and report generation.
