Covering the restaurant division in the market for a YTS of 25 Million $ including: Groups & Individual restaurants – catering companies & airlines – coffee shops – dark kitchens.
• Overachieving the Gross profit Margin% for Y2022 set by management.
• Setting yearly budget and submitting P&L (Salaries – increments – FOC – Marketing support – rebates ..)
• Setting, reviewing & approving: Contract & Rebate agreements – Weekly, quarterly & yearly Items forecats – Yearly objectives & KPIs for the Sales team
• Accountable to reaching our average collection Target% and maintaining a clean aging / Approving accounts opening and setting the financial terms with them.
• Accountable to reaching a target% for rejection – returns – wastage.
• Managing a Team of 10 people: 3 Sales assistant – 3 Sales executive – 3 Key account executive – 1 Key account Manager. Reporting to Sales Director. Revewing the PDR of Sales team quarterly. Training monthly the team for food knowledge.
• Supporting the Sales team with Market visit for a target of not less than 150 meetings per Year.
• Handling a food portfolio of 5000 SKUs imported from all around the globe covering full categories (Live – Fresh – Frozen): Proteins (Seafood – Beef – Lamb – Veal – Poultry) – Dairy – Dry & Pastry - Fruits & Vegetables – Production (Processed proteins – Solutions & Recipes ..) Items.
• Representing Exclusive brands such: Giuseppe Giusti – Urbani – Balfego - Barbera –– Boni – Fage – Dodoni – Delisioza - Monin – Goldberg– Cafe Richard
