Greetings Employers and Recruiting Specialists, My name is Sarah Montgomery-Richards, and I am in search of a position in Higher Education, or a related field. The positions I would be most interested in would be instructor positions in world cultures and/or world religions, mid to higher level Study Abroad positions, or positions focusing on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Interfaith, or International Education. As someone with a background in world cultures, comparative religion and higher education, I possess a wealth of knowledge and experience interacting with, and educating about, diverse perspectives and subject matters. As you will see in my resume, my experience includes study abroad work, curriculum and materials development, implementation of strategies, education, strong communication skills, a history of collaborative team engagement, and stakeholder coordination to name a few. I am passionate about promoting an understanding and appreciation of global perspectives, and making opportunities to do so accessible, meaningful, and inclusive to a diverse population of learners. I have a background in online course development and evaluation, and experience working with individuals at various levels of organizations and institutions. I have a keen interest in lifelong learning, and am a doctoral candidate in Higher Education Leadership, graduating December, 2023. My ongoing research focuses on the impact of offering diverse religious content across the curriculum.
