Secured approval and/or implemented technology in pavement plans in 11 states/15 cities/counties across the Northeast United States. • Re-launched a dormant line of chemical additives used in paving production. Successfully penetrated the market and displaced top industry competitor resulting in company acquisition by said competitor. • Partnered with 4 women to launch the national nonprofit Women of Asphalt. Served as President and Board Member growing the organization to 2,000 members and 12 state branches within the first three years. • Increased sales from $1.1M to $4.5M over 5 years in the residential flooring market by expanding footprint into previously untapped markets. • Co-Founded MOXY: The Voice of Women in Infrastructure, a multilingual online publication for women working in infrastructure which provides content that empowers them to have a bigger role in industries that offer rewarding, well-paying careers. • Honored by the Construction Dive business journal as a 2021 Construction Champion: Tradeswoman Leader, which spotlights top female leaders who exemplify the female-driven intuition, dedication, and intelligence shaping the industry.
