- Management of a team of 15 persons. - Responsible of the IT architecture of the bank and the flows of application (Central Banking application, SWIFT, AML, etc...) - Exercises staff oversight to ensure policies, standards and procedures are in line with the bank’s goals/objectives. - Communicates effectively relevant IT-related information and project progress to the High Management. - Daily IT meetings (goals, objectives, time tracking and coaching) - Foresees future IT security needs and identifies proactive solution to satisfy needs. - Create solutions that balance business requirements with information and cyber security requirements. - Ensures that business continuity and contingency plans are in place to cover unexpected business interruptions. - Ensures IT Audit points are answered and treated., Banking, Banking, Banking, Banking, Banking, Banking, Information Technology
