Dear Hiring Manager, I have been working in Banking industry since past 12 years across various domains of Retail & Wealth product analytics in APAC region. I am actively involved in driving business decisions using data analytics and have been supporting several Product teams and Senior management across functions. I started my career in ICICI Bank , Business Intelligence unit in 2007 where I executed projects on Regression and Decision tree modelling on Auto loans , Credit card customer base. I was also responsible for managing loyalty partners of the bank. After 3 years of enriching experience, I joined Standard Chartered Bank in India where I was responsible for providing analytical support for Personal and Priority segment. Major projects consist of Customer Value proposition, Activation & Attrition management, Payments, Cross – sell and Campaigns on Credit card and Deposit base. Post 2 years, transferred to Singapore where I was actively supporting business on launch of their trademark product ‘BonuSaver’. Enabled the team to study the effects of Balance Cannibalization , NIM and overall portfolio impact. Developed and later automated vintage/spend analysis, Revenue and other packs for business use. I took maternity break of 2 years and was blessed by 2 beautiful daughters during this time. I re-joined Standard Chartered Bank in 2016 into Bancassurance division. Here I am the sole owner and contributor for complete data/reporting/analytical requirements. I report to Global Head for Bancassurance and my job is to help Regional/Global heads in decision making process by virtue of providing information through data. My day to day job involves interaction with over 10+ markets across geographies and to drive strategic projects for Banca. Accountable for managing Insurance partners, understand strategic directions from senior management and translate these into executable actions. I have consistently exceeded functional goals through my problem-solving techniques and efficient execution of projects.
