Manage a number of Enterprise size customers including two major National Accounts. Selling and managing solutions with Avaya on premise, Avaya Cloud, CPaaS, UCaaS, Genesys, Advanced Network Services, E911, OpenText, Zebra, and Cisco. Regularly interface with Avaya Support Team, Ring Central, Place great emphasis on working closely with Altura Team Resources—project manager, engineer, service manager, etc. Have worked every year at national and regional trade shows.
