I continued as deputy director in two different companies in Jamaica and Spain until the end of 2015, which offered me a job opportunity in the Excellence Resorts chain in Mexico as deputy director until 2017 when I was promoted to General Director in the Dominican Republic. At the beginning of 2019, I had the opportunity of a very different project from what I was used to until now, I was offered the position of Director of Operations and operational manager of brand expansion, At the emblematic Pastelería la Mallorquina in Madrid, in This time to date we have opened three new establishments, despite the delays suffered during the pandemic, and we hope to end the year with one more new establishment.
