I am currently the IT Director for Internal Systems for an online manufacturing site called Xometry. I am in charge of provisioning and deprovisioning almost everything within the inward facing systems. This includes designing Onboarding and offboarding policies and accompanying no touch deployment technologies like Azure auto-pilot and JAMF. Creating a single form of record of users and their equipment that can be accessed by IT as well as HR. This includes auto-provisioning accounts for new hires, guaranteeing that they are added to the correct sec groups and have any and all materials in the form of software and hardware. On the other side of that I am responsible for the safe return of any and all equipment either on site or remote. The position requires me to have working knowledge of almost every division within the company, and learn to anticipate needs and in-act requirements. More recently I have been heading up the IT due diligence for two recent acquisitions, requiring me to interface C level individuals on either side. Ultimately I am the one who makes sure your entire experience through the company is consistent, smooth and responsive. I also look after internal documentation systems such as Jira / confluence maintaining current lists of purchased software accompanying logins and current responsible parties, as well as communications such as Slack, Zoom etc.
