Frank Woodard, PhD, PE and Al Curran, PE founded Woodard & Curran in 1979 to create an environmental engineering firm dedicated to providing a safe, enjoyable workplace with opportunity, integrity, and commitment. They developed the below mission statement, understanding the firm’s success was inextricably tied to the strength and talent of its people, who are experts in their field and passionate about what they do. In 2019, Woodard & Curran celebrated its 40th anniversary and leadership set out to define our core values with input from the founders, business leaders, and employees alike. We believe the work we do and how we do it matters, and these values are the heart of our organization.
