Navigator Recruiting is a locally-owned, Denver-based accounting and finance executive search firm focused on working with companies here in Colorado. Our company was founded in 2011 by Scott Bacher as Scott wanted to leverage his 15 years’ executive search experience to continue to foster long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.

Scott Bacher, Managing Partner

Scott is originally from Rochester, New York and grew up in Fort Collins, Colorado, graduating from Fort Collins High School. In 1993, he graduated with honors from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Marketing major). Scott began his career in recruiting in 1994 with an international executive search firm and four years later found a niche as a Contract Corporate Recruiter for high-growth companies for several years. For nearly 6 years’ prior to founding Navigator Recruiting, Scott founded and led the Accounting and Finance Executive Search Division of a reputable Denver staffing company. Scott has a unique perspective on life, people and business, having lived and recruited on both coasts and the midwest. He has traveled internationally and resides in the Congress Park neighborhood of Denver, with his wife, son and daughter.
