The James Allen Companies Inc. was founded in 2000 by Jeff Gipson Sr., whose experience includes more than 25 years of staffing/recruiting expertise and more than nine years of insurance sales. Jeff named the company in honor of his father James, who passed before the organization’s inception, combining James’ first name with Jeff’s middle name, Allen.
