Our Founder & Director of Operations, Desiree Caldwell, started in the Trucking & Logistics Industry in 1998. In 2001, she became a member of the California Trucking Association. It was a way for her to be more involved in her industry while still learning how to excel in it. As a current board member she continues to participate in the planning and advertising for the annual National Truck Driver Championships. Her goal remains the same, to create a standard for the staffing industry by staying connected with clients, anticipate their ever changing needs, and find that hidden gem to grow their organization for years to come!
