Qualifications- Our drivers are screened based on knowledge, skills, training, experience and driving record. We ensure they have the experience as well as proficiency  in the safe operation of the motor vehicles they are assigned to operate. We maintain  Driver Qualification Files  and Drug Testing Files on every driver which may be inspected by the customer at any time.?
?Criminal/Sex Offender Background Check- Multi-State Criminal/Sex offender Background checks are done on all drivers
?Drug and alcohol testing- All drivers are tested according to DOT specifications, including  pre-placement, random , post-accident testing and follow up testing. All drivers are enrolled in a random drug testing consortium and are subject to quarterly random drug testing.
Workers Compensation and Unemployment Compensation-Take this worrry off your plate, we provide workers compenstaion and handle unemployment claims.
Payroll- We pay all wages including the withholding and transmition of payroll taxes.
