The Alliance Group was founded in 2011 as our original brand, Alliance Executive Search. What followed was rapid growth into Interim Staffing and Client Advisory. Today, we’ve rebranded as The Alliance Group, and the Alliance family of companies represents over 100 Recruiting, Client Advisory, and Interim Finance and IT professionals. Alliance is a one-stop shop for our clients most pressing human capital and critical project needs.
As Alliance closes out our first decade with five straight years on the Inc 5000 List of Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies, we can’t wait to see what the next ten years brings!
Our mission is simple! We’ve tasked ourselves up with identifying organizations that take their hiring process as serious as we take our recruiting process.

- We go out and hunt! We don’t believe in running ads, we uncover the best candidates that aren’t actively seeking new opportunities. This is the part that we call attract or the attraction phase.
