With more than 20 years of executive recruiting experience, Paul Sanderson is currently the President of the retained firm, Sanderson McLeod. Paul began his search career with the boutique firm, SBR in Nashville, TN, where his first work was with what were then referred to as the Big 5 consulting groups. Soon he became interested in venture funded technology companies and began hiring executive teams and helping to put money and teams together nationwide. While much of his work has been in placing business leadership and development, clinical, marketing and sales executives, he has placed executives in other functional areas including finance and engineering.

Paul moved to Nashville, TN from Cleveland OH, to pursue his music career, after receiving his MS in Music from the Cleveland Institute of Music, Case Western Reserve University. Paul is currently living in Nashville with his wife and two young boys,
