Probus Executive Search began operations in 1982 to serve the professional level Finance and Accounting recruiting needs of the technology business community in the greater Silicon Valley Area. IT search was soon added with a nationwide scope for a wide range of industries. Jack McNeal, Managing Partner. Finance and Accounting Search. Jack co-founded Probus Executive Search in 1982 with the idea of providing a higher level of service to technology companies in a firm encompassing both contingent and retained search.. He has many years of combined accounting, business management and executive search experience. After 3 years as an Army Officer, he spent 8 years as a Controller and Chief Financial Officer of both an engineering company and a geotechnical consulting firm. Jack has worked with technology companies ranging from venture capital backed start-ups to multi-billion dollar international corporations. From 1999 to 2006, Jack served as a Director and Treasurer of WineInStyle KK, a Tokyo based venture funded distributor and online reseller of premium wines in Asia. He has a BS degree from the University of Cincinnati.
