By 2007 Orion Talent was the nation's largest military recruitment firm and had offices from coast to coast, 50+ annual hiring events and the ability to rapidly place candidates when and where clients needed. Since then, we have expanded to deliver a broader range of recruitment solutions including skilled talent acquisition and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO).

In 2016, Orion Talent acquired mid-market RPO leader, Novotus. Today Orion Novotus is an Orion Talent company focused on delivering recruitment outsourcing and optimization solutions that help our clients make better hires, shorten hiring cycles and lower recruiting costs.
