Ronald Stone began providing professional placement services in 1969 under the name Nationwide Personnel Services.

In 1982, owner Ronald Stone expanded into temporary staffing and started Mega Force Staffing.

Ronald Stone began with the Fayetteville office and by 1989 had successfully opened 11 offices.

In 1990 his brother, Jerry Stone, took the lead at Mega Force and added 15 more offices.

Mega Force has grown to become one of the largest privately owned staffing services in the Southeast.
