OUR COMPANY HISTORY

WORKERS.COM opened its doors in 1989 as Industrial Services Company with the goal of becoming the most comprehensive and reliable source of blue-collar employment services in Northern California. Our transition to WORKERS.COM in 2007 was spurred by our commitment to grow with the ever-changing technological expectations and abilities of our customers, candidates, and employees.

Our forté has always been and will continue to be our ability to promptly respond to and service the needs of our clients and employees in the industrial arena. WORKERS.COM customizes its services to meet each client's unique needs.

Whether we are providing pre-employment screening services, high-quality temporary contract workers, or have partnered with our clients to provide a comprehensive employment solution, WORKERS.COM is prepared to rapidly adapt to the level of service your company requires at any given point in time, twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.

Risk management and awareness permeate our actions at WORKERS.COM because of the inherent safety issues in our niche market. Our deeply ingrained structure, sound management philosophies, and our diverse knowledge of the industrial arena are utilized routinely in client acceptance as well as in our worker selection and placement.
