FP acquire CHC Global Search and Collingwood Associates, both based in London. CHC gives group high level executive search capability whilst CHC bolsters IT division with SAP focus.

From a standing start in Jan 2004, Fusion People entered the market strongly achieving a first year turnover of just over £7m. This was a phenomenal achievement, dwarfed only by our Y2 achievement where turnover increased to over £16m, to £22m in year 3 and an incredible £34m turnover by the end of 2007. 2008 to 2010 proved to be very challenging for all businesses but we emerged from the downturn in an even stronger position with a string of acquisitions increasing group turnover to £72million for 2011 and £90m for 2012. In recent years, turnover has continued to grow reaching £140m last year. According to Recruitment International's "Top250" index, that ranks us in the top 40 largest recruitment businesses in the UK.

But while turnover is a useful way of showing how we've grown over time, our real pride comes from the people we've helped along the way; the hundreds of candidates we now find new and exciting jobs for every month; the clients we help to develop their own businesses by securing the key personnel they need; and our own people, providing the environment and opportunities for staff to be successful.
