Handler & Associates is an Atlanta-based retained executive search firm that was founded in 1977 by Bill Handler. As a senior HR executive for an international high-growth manufacturing corporation, Bill worked with many executive search firms. Through these experiences he discovered a void in the industry. So he set out to build an executive search firm from a client’s perspective– a firm with a singular focus on delivering the very best leadership talent.

A pioneer in the executive search industry, Bill formalized and implemented procedures that are now considered best practices in the industry. In 2008 Bill stepped down from the firm, but today’s management team continues to run the business with the same commitment to innovation, client service and the pursuit of excellence.
