Elinvar is an Executive Search and Leadership Development firm located in the historic Caveness house in Raleigh, NC. Our focus is working with the boards of organizations that are focused on community development and social justice with three primary areas of expertise - economic development, education and health.

Elinvar celebrated our 30th anniversary of recruiting leaders for mission critical executive and senior leadership positions in 2017. We are excited to continue our work and are proud of the impact the leaders our clients have hired are having on North Carolina and our communities.
