Her background in merchandising, product development, technical design and production is evident in her affinity for the industry and its needs.

Ellen’s segue from industry veteran to fashion recruiter came with an invitation to establish and run a recruiting business in the early 2000’s. She immediately embraced the opportunity to bring her hands-on experience to the people whose shoes she once stood in, employers and job seekers of the garment industry.
