Our History

We began in 1989 with the vision of becoming a placement specialist in technical writing and training. As the importance of user experience has grown—and the field of human computer interaction has touched all our lives—we have also expanded, growing from a local presence to a national organization focused on three core disciplines in the user experience field. We have always approached our work from a place of service for both our client companies and our jobseekers and have a long and well-deserved reputation of making what we call “win-win” placements. We continue to maintain the relationships we built more than two decades ago while adding new clients who value a strong recruiting partner.
