Company Description
Bradsby Group was founded in 2004 in Denver, Colorado, by Gregory V. Peay, a staffing industry veteran with over 50 years of experience. The firm opened its doors with a staff of six recruiters, two administrative employees, and no clients or candidates. From that beginning, we have rapidly grown into one of Denver’s premier executive search and recruiting firms. In 2007, the Bradsby Group opened its Houston, Texas office. And in 2018, we completed an expansion of our Denver headquarters.
Our mission
From the beginning, our mission has been to provide superior service delivered in a rapid, cost-effective manner. We strive to make a positive impact on every client and candidate we service. From the initial call and introduction, to candidate placement, we want our clients and candidates to feel they have had a beneficial and productive experience.
We are employee owned
In 2006, Greg Peay established an employee stock ownership plan, or ESOP, whereby our employees own shares in a trust that holds company stock. The ESOP allows the members of our Bradsby Group recruiting team to control the future of the company for years to come. Through it, they also share in the profits of the organization and control their own destiny.
Awards and accolades for the Bradsby Group recruiting team
Since 2008, Bradsby Group has been ranked the #1 staffing agency in Denver, thanks in large part to the innovative and determined attitude of our employees. In March 2018, Denver Business Journal honored the Bradsby Group by naming us one of the city’s Top Permanent Placement/Direct-Hire Staffing Agencies.
What’s in a name?
Our clients and candidates often ask us about the Bradsby name. Baseball fans might be especially interested in its origin. It was inspired by the engraving on a Louisville Slugger baseball bat that was manufactured by a company named Hillerich and Bradsby.
