February 1999, President Amparo Connors recognized a need, particularly in Queens, for a customized, flexible, temporary and permanent staffing service. To actualize a personalized commitment to excellence Amparo opened Allied Personnel Services, Inc. to embody the vision of a tailored staffing service. While remaining cost effective by providing a refined and rewarding experience, as when one chooses a boutique over a department store, we grew as much more than an employment agency. Grounded in relationships honed from twelve years in the personnel placement industry, and additional staffing partnerships we’ve developed for over eighteen years, diverse NYC area corporations range from very small entities to publicly traded international firms.
