Our Talent Marketplace was designed as a reverse job board. As a candidate you’ll receive interview requests directly from interested companies. It’s the easiest way to see what opportunities are out there, without endless cover letters, job applications, headhunters, etc.

To ensure we connect hiring managers with highly qualified candidates, we rely heavily on our internal search algorithm. Our algorithm is trained based on thousands of past job searches to determine which job-seekers are most qualified. The matching done by this algorithm requires each candidate's public profile and internal data to be properly optimised. While most of this is automated, proper optimization requires our account managers to manually review each candidates resume, preferences and requirements and input relevant information in our internal system.

Processing, reviewing and setting up each account takes a considerable amount of time. This one-time payment helps us cover some of this cost but most importantly it filters out candidates who are not serious and only interested in joining our marketplace for research purposes. This helps everyone save time and ensures all parties are invested in the process and motivated for successful outcome.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, we will offer you a full refund without asking any questions under the following two circumstances ONLY:

  • 1) If your application is denied after review. You will get an automatic refund for the full amount without requiring you to submit any requests.
  • 2) If for any reason you are not completely satisfied within 30 days. Follow these simple steps: Login to your account > Click account settings > Click "Permanently Close My Account". As soon as you click this button, your account will be closed permanently, your profile and all other data will be removed and you will receive an instant notification of full refund. (Important: Permanently Close My Account option will always be available in your account settings page. However, automatic refund will only be issued if you close your account within 30 days of your account opening date.)

As you can see, our refund policy is very fair and straight forward. It is completely automated and you will never have to submit any requests or answer any questions. Depending on your bank or credit card policies it may take 3 to 5 business days for the refund credit to show up on your statement.

Are there any additional costs or ongoing subscriptions?

No. Marketplace membership is a lifetime benefit and costs a one-time fee of $100. We do not have any membership tiers. This means you pay only once and you will get unlimited access for lifetime. No future charges, no subscriptions, no hassle!
